Community Ownership Fund

The £150m Community Ownership Fund (COF) exists to help communities across the UK to take ownership of assets at risk of closure.

The government is giving full consideration to existing commitments on COF and will confirm in due course.

Any Community Ownership Fund projects facing issues in this period should maintain close relationships with their grant manager.
