Renaisi Innovation exists to help bridge the gap between places, people and power. Social problems are too often addressed at the surface, without changing the systems that create them or involving the people most affected.

We help our partners to work differently: using evidence and research, learning, co-production, and participation to strengthen community agency, connect local insight with institutional power, and create the conditions for lasting change.  

Specialising in place-based practice and systems change approaches, we have nearly four decades of experience supporting funders, charities and government to understand how deep change happens and how they can support it. Together, we work towards a just future where communities design and determine the systems that shape our lives.
